The website states they take diners club but not all do. This hotel would not accept the card for payment, and did not double check, or offer any help.We will not be using premier inn again from our company. the service and food in the medina quay was good and acceptable

Set on the River Medina so a lovely location - It's a nicely set Premier Inn. Plenty of parking, a spacious room and a short walk in to the well served town centre. Good hotel, used the hotel for the entertainment centre 500 meters away. We were plesently surprised as the is a budget hotel with first class facilitys, comfortable beds, excellent food (buy the evening meal with your room as you get a better menu) and freindly service.

Just stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and parents. The hotel was chosen because i have a disabled father and can guarantee a room/bathroom with all the facilities he requires. My only comment is that in this Premier Inn the disabled room has a bath with a shower over it and not a walk in shower, unfortunately... More
