This was our first time at Warners and we had a great time. The only disappointment being the weather considering it was May I was wearing more layers than in January! Lovely and warm though in the chalets and public areas. Entertainment varied for the 3 evenings that we were there. Other entertainment was available throughout the day as well.

The food, service and public areas are FIRST CLASS. They catered for my dairy free diet, Chef came to my table at breakfast to discuss options for dinner that evening. myself and husband went to norton grange on our honney moon!! we had a great time we didnt want to come home. the food was 5* the chalet was clean and lovely overall weldone norton grange and we will see you again. only down side was the pool was cold so only stayed in 20mins
