We stayed in St Catherines just 2 of us & Tess, the dog. The barn and the whole complex is clean, modern and well kept, very inviting. Neil is around daily for recommendations and the small village has a good supermarket & pub, and central for the island. My only reservation is that there really isn't enough comfy seating for... The location is excellent on the southern side of the island in a quaint village with a good supermarket and post office. The barns have been tastefully converted. We stayed in Yarbourgh which was spacious for the 2 of us but would be cramped for 2. Nice and warm with good kitchen fittings apart from tiny impractical fridge. Hob and... More

We stayed here in september 2009 and had the pepperpot barn and it was huge, very nice and had the wow factor! It has all immenities and a great family space, great for large groups like ours, everyone had great rooms. We are thinking of returning next year with my boyfriends family who have never been to the isle of... More

Again, just back from yet another thoroughly refreshing week away at the Barns - I cannot recommend the barns enough to anyone at any age; perfect if you did what we did there on our last break, NOTHING apart from walking and relaxing. Neil has done a tremendous job getting the barns to the high level of standards they are... More

just got back from our 3rd stay at Niton Barns. We always stay in the Hermitage as there are 8 of hours with a few more over the weekend. The Barns are amazing and have everything you would want, from Sky TV, Free Wireless INternet, Washing Machine, Dishwasher etc etc. They are always clean, however its the little touches like... More

The two of us stayed in Worsley barn at Niton Barns. It is a nice conversion retaining some of the character of an old barn with exposed beams and a stable door. The barn was well equipped to a high standard with pretty much all you could want – LCD TVs, DVD player, WiFi, dishwasher etc. The location was ideal... More

Having been to the barns before, we knew exactly what to expect when we told our friends and family that I wanted my 40th birthday celebration there. Neil as ever was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Our family and friends (some of which had not been to the barns before) we absolutely gobsmacked that somewhere so nice and in such... More

An absolutely faultless setup in arguably the best "get away from it all" location on the Isle of Wight. The accomodation is well thought through, thoroughly modern with all the mod cons you could wish for. The free Wifi access was a nice touch too. Showers are particularly top notch and the living area with the flat screen TV was... More

Living a highly pressured work life my husband and I were delighted to take a short family break at this beautiful haven, in the pretty rural village of Niton on the Isle of Wight. Our children relaxed straight away looking through the good selection of family games in our apartment as soon as we arrived! We were really happy to... More

Our church group hired three barns. It was such a joy to find ourselves in such a wonderful location enjoying such luxury. The quality of the accommodation in a lovely setting made the weekend for us.
