Always stay here when in St Albans. Clean and central, plenty of car parking though some of it is hard to find, generally great staff. Book in advance and it's a real bargain.

I've had indifferent experiences in Comfort hotels before, but this one was very good. Very helpful staff and large, clean and comfy room. Hotel is right in the town centre close to Cathedral and some very good restaurants. The breakfast was fine (not brilliant), otherwise it might have been 5 stars.
