This lady is the most rude, unhelpful and obnoxious person I have ever met in the hospitality industry. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Owner is female version of Basil Fawlty! More

We booked an overnight stay here, so we could visit friends in nearby Ware. There seems to be a dearth of reasonably priced" nice" accommodation in this area, so booked this as the "best of the bunch". It is situated right on the very busy London road, dual carriageway, and not clearly signposted outside, so we drove straight past it... More

Friendly staff. Nice clean room to start with. A nice touch was the lovely big towelling bathrobes but unfortunately they shed fluff all the time consequently the red carpet in the room looked awful after ten minutes of wearing the robes. We spent two nights here and neither the room or shower room was cleaned or the towels and bedlinen... More
