We stayed recently MAy 2007 at the Mansard House/Wheeler Farm just outside Winchester on a reservation chosen by, and booked through the City information office. While the hostess was kind, the food good, and the room clean, because of several things we did not think it was a good value for the price charged compared to three other South West... More
