This was only 20 mins walk from the town centre, we walked and taxied back from the Indian in Castle Street. Beds were comfy and place was clean but found them a little tight on the electric! You have to wave your hands over the shower door to keep the light on and you need it on as there isn't... More

We had a pleasant and comfortable one night in this friendly run and clean B&B. Good breakfast, cooked fresh from your order. 3 car park places which were full on arrival ( 2 spaces taken up with owners camper van) but we were able to find a slot on the street overnight.

Stayed here one night room spotless with all the amenities of a big hotel but at half the price Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked with lots of choice Landlady directed me to a good local Indian restaurant - she was very friendly - can't understand the previous negative comments Would highly recommend to anyone

We stayed here on Saturday night. The owners are friendly and helpful. the en suite room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good, served quickly. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if we are in the area. There is plenty of free parking nearby which is not always the case in Southampton.
