A usual standard Ibis, clean rooms, pleasant enough staff and a not bad breakfast. For the price, a decent place to stay. Location is handy for West Quay shopping centre or pre-cruise stays in Southampton.

We have not stayed at this hotel for many years but we knew it had been refurbished and we were very happy with our visit .The staff were most welcoming and very helpful.It is very handy for the City and we felt very good value for money .
