Very pleasant staff ,the room was clean and comfortable.It was great to have a restuarant on site and was easy to catch the ferry in the morning.

Whilst the rooms at the Inn Lodge were clean and well presented, the place is advertised as having a play barn for young ones, this idea is ridiculas as my 3 yr old would of walked away with broken bones if she had attempted to use the facility. I like this hotel. It's the best of the lodge type chains. A semi-rural location about 7 miles from Portsmouth city centre. Although 'Portsmouth North' is a little optimistic (it's actually near Havant about 10 miles away) this a good value stopover. Large comfortable, clean rooms with a bit more character than Travelodge. Next door Harvester is where you get the very good continental breakfast, rolls toast, cereals, fresh fruit etc. Friendly service, recommended.
