This is an old house, with loads of character. We had the top floor room, with balcony and fantastic sea views over the harbour and Solent. Very clean and comfortable, laid back. this is one of the finest hotel situated with all the luxurious facilities, i was very attached with the ambiance of the hotel as it was very lively, a also appreciate the staff for its kind and loving nature, i really enjoyed the stay

Cramped room..have heard that loft room is good however did not stay in that one. Did not have ensuite or staff in residence. Breakfast very good. Great location for all Portsmouth attractions.
