We stayed at this guesthouse to be near my friend as we were getting married. The owner is very unfriendly and what i would.actually consider abrupt and rude. The Receptionist was pleasant but had very little local knowledge. Situated within a short walking distance of the sea front and pier, but a fair trek to local hostelries and restaurants, although taxis were readily available and local buses for Portsmouth.
