I have stayed at Wheelers Cottage twice now and it really puts other b&b's to shame. The rooms are decorated to such a high standard, you feel quite spoilt staying here. The hosts are very attentive and really look after you. The food is exquisite too, even the most particular guest will leave with a full stomach! Also a great... More

Stayed for one night and nothing was too much trouble. Had a lovely tea and cakes when we arrived and then a fab breakfast. Rooms are very well appointed, and even have M and S toiletries. Lovely couple, nothing was too much trouble. More

We work in the trade and have a wide experience of guesthouses and hotels. We have visited Wheelers Cottage twice and can confidently rate it as outstanding;well worth its 4* Silver rating and its Tourist Board 'Breakfast Award'. The service is very attentive, but also extremely friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. The cooking is excellent, from... More

From the moment we drove through the gate into the gravel drive, we were made to feel right at home at Wheelers. Roy met us and carried our bags in, showing us around and through to the guest dining room where a fresh pot of tea and the most delicious cake stand awaited us, full of delicious treats. We were... We were visiting for a friends wedding a couple of miles away. Found Wheelers Cottage online and was impressed by the reviews and the price. We stayed in the double bedroom in the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay - the owners were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was very good and sourced locally (some from their garden). Very relaxed... More

Could not fault this place. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, but still maintained that cottage feeling. The food was first class. And the location is perfect for exploring the New Forest. We will definitely be going back again! More
