Great value if you're after a bed for the night and care more about friendly service and outstanding food. Traditional pub grub (steak and kidney pudding to die for) and a fine selection of real ales plus a top notch breakfast make this place tremendous value for money.

Overall we had very good experience here. it's a small and friendly pub doing good B & B. The room we stayed in was newly refurbished although it can be a bit noisy. The breakfast was generous and the evening meal menu is large and good value for money.
