Tastefully decorated, cosy and clean, hospitality second to none. Near the seashore and town centre, a delicious breakfast starts the day. I would strongly recommend this lovely quiet homely B & B, and I certainly hope to return one day!

We had a glorious twin room with a little terrace, large bathroom and extremely comfy beds and couch. Good service and nice quiet location in historic Hastings. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would be nice for a small family having a little seaside fun.
