Attending Hastings for a meeting we decided to stay overnight and make a weekend of it. The Chatsworth has a lovely position over looking the sea at the front and high ceilings and large windows. Unfortunately it is now rather tired and dated - the TV was long past its prime, and the bathroom and rest of the furniture in... More

We only stayed for one night and that was more than enough. We checked in with a guy that was obviously not in a good mood, and was not too helpful. The rooms were basic but for the price not too bad. Although bathrooms were in need of a refurb, and I am unsure what the blue stain running down... More

We had a two night stay here to visit family. The hotel itself is very tired and dated. We stayed on the third floor and the hallway was very uneven with large gaps under some doors which would not be great in the event of a fire. However, this is budget accomodation, was very cheap and located right on the... More

Paid £40 for a single with seaview which I thought was a very good deal considering it's location and that it was still September. The receptionist was ok, not very welcoming, just functional but polite. The stairs were really threadbare up to the room, completely worn in places and pretty dangerous; it wouldn't take much to catch a foot in... More

Budget hotel with sufficiently clean rooms. Good location, sea-view rooms and an excellent Indian restaurant - this is a great plus for this hotel. More

All a bit tired looking, and everything seemed to be done on a budget, cheap bed linen and cheap finish to the rooms. Room was hot and only one window opened due to a broken handle. Fan was provided when requested though. En-suite door didnt lock and tile missing on bathroom floor which I stubbed my toe on. Breakfast charged... More

On arrival the reception looked inviting and we hoped it would be an indicator of the rest of the facilities. Our oom and corridor were grubby with tired and worn carpets and shabby decoration. The bathroom was dirty with no extractor fan. It was impossible to run a bath and after an half an hour trying we gave up. The... More

After looking at this hotel online and booking online all I can say is that this website is cleaner than the hotel. To be honest I am going to keep this short and sweet. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL flithy, smelling, run down dive of a place. We stayed a grand total of 10 minutes before we walked out... More
