1 bed apartment was great. Great value when compared to Brighton/other cities. Close to some nice bars/restaurants. WIFI, freesat+ TVs etc were great :) Hope to return soon and they also gave us an Easter egg that went down a treat with our daughter, excellent! Last minute booking, room was very spacious, very comfy bed, host was very pleasant, explain everything about room etc, ,gave me information on what to do whilst in Hastings and where to eat etc, would definately stay here again, town centre very close, with loads of restaurants close by, great B&B. This is a return visit to Number Forty Six as we enjoyed the last stay so much. The rooms are stylish, clean & comfy, with high quality furniture & fittings. A wonderful breakfast, with local produce, were possible, & cooked to perfection, with a good selection of fruit & cereals. More
