Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff, very nice breakfast too. Could do with a bit of repair here and there, but hopefully that will be done soon, otherwise a good stay! Location is very handy for central Brighton and on the eclectic St James Street's doorstep too! Very near to Queens Park and the Beach, a lively place in summer!

Refuse to stay anywhere else when visiting Brighton. The friendliest B&B I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Brian, Tom and George make it even harder to leave Brighton. Highly recommend if you're a dog person and holiday with your dogs.

Went with my mum, sister and auntie. Lovely people, dog lovers (Beth got a susage each day) and lovely hotel. Near to many lovely restaruants and 2 minute walk to the beach. Lovely rooms and food. Will definately be going back:)
