Stayed the night before the Brighton Marathon, had a room on the topmost floor, cosy room, bed occupied most of the room, bed was very comfortable. Ensuite shower water pressure was rubbish. Breakfast was good, dining area clean and good variety of cereals etc. This was a no frills hotel, and perfect for a good sleep before a big race.... More

We stayed at the Brighton Surf hotel the night before the Brighton half marathon and it was absolutely perfect! Ideal location, lovely clean, cosy rooms and brilliant service. The girl went out of her way to accommodate our needs - unbelievable service and great value for money. We will be booking early to make sure we secure a room here... More

I was the only guest staying and so I got a lovely upgrade to a double room on the 3rd floor. I have to say this is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in... even better than my one at home! Good quality pillows too - not normal flat useless hotel pillows. A nice touch were bags of cheese... More

This hotel is in a period house a stones throw from the beach, it is in the Kemptown of Brighton, about 10 mins walk from the centre and pier. So as you'd expect the rooms are cosey, but bright and functional. Yes the bed occupies most of the room, we stayed in the lavender room and it was quite (rear... More

We arrived late, the hotel owner called us before we got there to advise us that the key has been put in a key safe for us, and gave us the code. There was a mix up with the rooms, and subsequently we were downgraded! Hotel owner could not do anything about it for the night but did offer us... More

Booked to stay here through last minute.com. Had a great stay here, the owners were very welcoming and up graded us to more expensive room. Great location, great breakfast and right next to the sea. Now live in Brighton! But would definitely suggest to friends and family to stay here.

Within 5 mins you can be on the beach! This B&B provided me and my partner with a warm welcome which we where in desperate need of after having to cancel another hotel in the area due to the behaviour of the owner who wouldn't let us check in after 9pm! even though it wasn't our fault that we sat... The hotel was in a centre point very close to the Brighton pier. The parking was hard to find but with the managers help I found one ok. The room was 1st class and very clean. Fantastic time spent at the hotel.

I was greeted by a very friendly guy. Showed me my room and I must say we were very impressed. Very clean and comfortable. We stated in the "red room". Breakfast was lovely, continental. He asked what milk I'd prefer and I asked for soya and they went out to the local shop to get me some. I really felt... More
