Booked to stay here through last minute.com. Had a great stay here, the owners were very welcoming and up graded us to more expensive room. Great location, great breakfast and right next to the sea. Now live in Brighton! But would definitely suggest to friends and family to stay here.

The hotel was in a centre point very close to the Brighton pier. The parking was hard to find but with the managers help I found one ok. The room was 1st class and very clean. Fantastic time spent at the hotel.
