We went for a mid week break,had a triple room painted by Matt Sewell. Great artwork,very comfortable bed, plenty of space. Clean and tidy through out. Breakfast was nice although small choice for cooked options. Friendly staff. We will stay again and recommend it to friends. Great thai round the corner Siam Siam.

Couldn't rate this high enough. The rooms are fantasticly querky, each being designed by a different artist and for the price would be surprised if there is better value for money in Brighton. Such a fantastic concept. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and unique with the walls covered with really interesting artwork as opposed to the usual kitch landscape.
