This 2 night break was a Christmas present from our children using Buyagift 2 for the price of 1 offer. The farmhouse was beautifully situated but not suitable if you don't drive. The owner was very attentive but not overbearing. Breakfast both days was excellent and cooked to order. There are also some very good places nearby for dinner We... More

We recently had 2 very pleasant nights at Woodfarm House. Peter , our host and owner was very welcoming and has wonderful taste judging by the presentation of the house I loved every room I saw. The grounds are lovely and obviously being improved all the time, plenty of wild life to see and apparently even wild boar...or maybe I'm... More

We enjoyed a very peaceful two night stay. We were well looked after by Peter, an excellent host. The room was clean, spacious and stylish. Breakfast was very good. Peter recommended places to have dinner (The Dabbling Duck and The Crown Inn) - both were excellent. The remote location of Woodfarm House meant that it was necessary to drive to... More

A delightful traditional afternoon tea in a beautiful and tranquil setting. Lovely selection of teas including special house blend which has to be tried! Perfect to wash down all the fine sandwiches, warm scones and gorgeous selection of homemade cakes. Our host Peter was very welcoming and friendly. A lovely place to enjoy afternoon tea, highly recommend. More

Just returned from a lovely weekend away for our wedding anniversary. Woodfarm House cannot be faulted in any way. Throughout the attention to detail in decor and comfort is well worth the visit alone. Peter's breakfast is excellent and as a host you could not wish for better. This 17th Century grade II listed farmhouse is everything you could wish... More

Just had a wonderful four nights at this B & B. Peter is the perfect host. We were in the Tartan Suite which was lovely. The cooked breakfasts are delicous, especially the mushrooms. We intend returning. Thank you very much. More

Just had a one night stay at Woodfarm using a fresh-weekends voucher which Peter accepted with no problem. We were offered the chance to upgrade to the Chinese room which was wonderful. Woodfarm House is delightful and Peter is a wonderful host willing to give advice and recommendations on local attractions and places to eat. I was disappointed evening meals... More

We booked this two night stay with afternoon tea with red letter days. The house was wonderful in the midst of the Norfolk countryside with peace and tranquility. We had the Chinese Suite which was beautifully appointed and comfortable with nothing forgotten about for a wonderful stay. Our host Peter was warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble... I booked this as a christmas present for my wife. I too saw the buyagift offer, on investigating the places available on the offer, only Woodfarm house really met my requirements. As the voucher would be a bit of a waste if Woodfarm had no availability, I called ahead and went through my requirements with Peter. He even held the... More
