Visiting Swanage regularly I've stayed in quite a number of B+B's in the area. Arbour house is by far the best i've stayed in. We only stayed for a single night but the owners were quite flexible with check-in and check-out as well as providing breakfast (Vegetarian). A very friendly family run B and B. rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing ranging from full english or smoked salmon to cereal and toast. Also only a 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. We will definatly be staying here again. S Button More

This B&B has it all. Firstly, the location is so convenient. We didn't have to drive anywhere - the beach and access to the coastal path was just a 2 min walk; the town centre and good restaurants are also a short walk. We stayed here for one night in October. Firstly Sarah was very accomadating when I made my booking as I had a late check out request. We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor. The room was well layed out and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was perfect as it had a shower cubicle rather than a bath.... More

Warm friendly welcome. Room was first rate very clean and tidy. matress excellent. The best bit though was the breakfast - you must try the owners full english! Overall a very pleasant stay, nothing was to much trouble. More

Sarah and Frazer were friendly hosts and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a variety of food for breakfast and all of our needs were catered for. We're looking forward to staying again this year. More
