The warmest welcome i have ever had with fresh home made cakes and hot tea. The owners could not have done more for us. The room and general guest house was spotless and i would not hesitate to go back there very soon! Our room was light, airy, clean and had a lovely quirky character to it with beautiful paintings...

Toilet far too small and had no soap. Bedroom with shower and toilet was on three levels which was not satisfactory. Area partly carpeted and partly tiled which resulted in my wife slipping and grazing her leg. Room was only just warm enough for me and nowhere near warm enough for my wife. Steps from the outside up to the...

My wife and I stayed here as a base. The old Town Hall is a lovely building and the bedrooms are refurbished well, a very reasonable size and very comfortable.
We didn't have breakfast at the Town Hall, choosing to wander into town instead. Parking needs thinking about. There are areas on the main street you can park and you...

Clive and Judie were fantastic hosts-the breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The accommodation was spotless with lots of extra touches. The location was ideal-very handy for popping back to accommodate weather changes during the day ! Town Hall Lodge is well worth every penny and we would strongly recommend a visit.

We stayed at the Town Hall Lodge on the weekend of the 19/21st August.
this was our second stay here. We were made to feel very welcome, the room was beautifully clean and well presented. The location is brilliant as it is right in the middle of Swanage and easy to reach all the local pubs and restaurants.
Fabulous breakfast...

SItuated in the centre of Swanage, but in a quite area. The rooms had everything you needed including a very comfortable big bed. The breakfasts were superb and the owners very helpful.
The only problem was that you had to park your car some distance from the propert.

Lovely room, wonderful welcome and a really good breakfast. The only downsides were having to pay extra (£10) for the breakfast and the lack of a shaving point. However, we were offered tea and cake on arrival.

Our thanks to Paul for his review. We look forward to his return visit.
To clarify, we usual sell our rooms at a breakfast inclusive rate; but we also offer a (lower) room-only rate through one of our distributors - where Paul found us. Which you are buying is made clear on whichever site you book through, but if you...

Nice B&B and immaculate tea rooms in the heart of Swanage. Excellent accommodation and facilities. No parking but street parking on the High Street is safe enough...as long as you move your car before the trafiic wardens start patrolling the next morning!
Very central restaurants, bars and seafront in less than 5 minutes.
