The Bakehouse cancelled our booking less than a week to go, we only found out via a friend who also had their reservation cancelled. They couldn't get hold of us apparently, although they emailed us our reservation and we were in on the night they said they tried to call.

I booked the family room - emailed and telephoned well in advance. we arrived at 5pm with children aged 3 and 4 only to be told there was a problem with the room (with little explanation) and could not stay.
