We stayed at this hotel for a week and quite frankly it was excellent. We had booked half board through Travelstyle, and for the price we paid one could not expect anything better, it was very good value. The room was small but clean, as was the hotel. The breakfast and evening meal were buffet, and were very good quality.... More

Comedy of customer service errors. Booked into the wrong rooms and had to pay extra, hard horrible beds...70's decor and probably not had a lick of paint since. Worst of all we weren't told breakfast finishes at 10 or that was the checkout time...poor hotel. I have now stayed in two Britannia hotels and both were in pretty bad shape.... More

Good location and easy to find. The hotel advertises free parking but has a very limited number of spaces for the size of hotel. We had to park on the street which is free from 5pm to 9am. The staff at reception were polite and friendly but were having a joke with each other which might have annoyed some customers... More

Struggled on arrival to find parking ended up on the street, having to move car before 9.00am or face parking charges, even though website says parking available. General decor very poor, tired and shabby. Bedroom clean, bed comfortable, but other than that not a particularly welcoming experience.
