we found the hotel very clean and friendly, our host David is a very nice man, very helpful, the breakfast was lovely, very nicely cooked, it is located on a hill as with most hotels in the area, only about 5 mins walk to beach and town centre. there is car parking we had a lovely room, would stay again... Everything was perfect at the hotel, just a few minute walk from the town and the beach. make sure you book an ensuite room otherwise you will have to share toilets and showers with everyone else which didnt look very nice, but the ensuite rooms were lovely.
