Great family run hotel close to centre of Bournemouth. Indoor swimming pool, sauna, etc. Really good breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money. Lovely walk through the gardens to beach and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

This our 3rd visit to the Laguna, it is a family run hotel within walking distance of the town. The rooms are a little outdated decoration wise but they are spotless. The breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful. There is an indoor swimming pool too.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the most unfriendliest of woman who took £20 per person off of us and treated us as if we had committed some horrific crime. Without prejudice: The pillows were like bags of cement, the decor was very dated - certainly appealing to the elder generation, floorboards creaked and guests that were staying above me were moving around at 12:30am - keeping me up, perhaps they were emptying their colostomy bag! We came to stay at this hotel as part of a hen package booked through an agent. Upon arrival the hotel appeared very dated, receptionist was nice enough although couldn't understand what we were saying as she did not speak very good English. The hotel was very nice.with its own swimming pool.there was night entertainment with bingo .food was vety nice.and the room was clean and fresh bedding .but the rooms in the annax was not up to much.and u could smell damp.the hotel also as there own coaches for people and does pick up at most towns or citys.
