enjoyed everything about this hotel but the room. on the 3rd floor the farthest away from the lift. room was small with one small window overlooking pidgeon poop. bathroom tiny and not clean. would stay there again but would have to check the room first.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times on business. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Large bedroom; decorated to a good standard; comfortable bed; staff friendly from booking, through check in and restaurant in the morning. Brand new comprehensive gym enhanced my usually good stay. General decor throughout very good. Location on the West Cliff means an easy walk into central Bournemouth.

A warm welcome, comfortable room and excellent food made our stay a complete success. The restaurant was spacious and the menus varied from plain to gourmet. Breakfast was self serve but with plenty of choice to suit anyone. Room was comfortable and had a large bathroom and very modern.
