A very pleasant hotel in a quiet location with friendly staff who provided great service. Our room was huge, although too warm as we could not adjust the heating.

I am very sorry you had difficulties with Wi Fi access and the toilet flush. Some of our plumbing is in need of updating. The unusually mild Autumn has been more akin to Africa as you say but we do provide cooling fans on request.

Have just returned from a two night break. The room was clean, but a little 'tired'. Good breakfast and evening meal hot and tasty. Would re-visit but would ask for room in a quieter part of the hotel as the loud music from the function rooms continued until 1.00am each morning.

We do when possible ,allocate bedrooms near function rooms ,to those guests who are attending the function.
