Just returned home after 2 nights stay at The Kingsley Hotel, we chose it because of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. The moment we arrived and were greeted by Sue we felt totally at home and looked after. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast is second to none. We would definately stay here again. Every little... More

We have just spent 2 nights at the Kingsley Hotel. We are 3 adults and have stayed in the room the previous guests complained about as we recognised their photo. There are 3 beds not four with a double wardrobe not single. There is a chair with another fold up one in the room available, the bed side lights worked... More

I don't get the previous excellent reviews. Based on the top reviews I went here with my family expecting one of the 4 bed attic rooms as shown but instead was sent to a 3 bed room with an extra bed shoved in. Even with 3 beds, this room wouldn't work well. There was only one chair so we had... More

My grandfather and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Kingsley Hotel. Sue the owner was wonderful! So hospitable, friendly and cheerful and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were lovely-bright, airy, clean and comfortable. There was an array of breakfast delights waiting for us in the morning including a good, hearty full english!. The hotel was a... More

Room was lovely- nicely decorated and with lots of tea, coffee and milk portions. Shower was a bit temperamental as it kept going hot and cold. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was outstanding with fantastic choice- we went for the delicious full English! The owner is very friendly and gave us advice on where to go to eat and... More

Absolutely loved this place.we have stayed for only one night (unfortunately) when we went to Bournemouth for our anniversary. Sue the owner from the first moment made us feel welcomed and home. She has helped us to find the correct routes to our destinations. She knew from my cheeky friends that it was our anniversary and as a sweet touch... More

We stayed for one night recently, when we were in Bournemouth for a wedding. My room faced the road, and it was a lovely spacious room, very light, and freshly decorated. The bathroom was very clean & modern. My friend has a back-facing room, and although pleasant she said it was a little chilly in the morning. (there was an... More

We stayed for one night in early December. Only 5 minutes walk to seafront and maybe 7 minutes to the town. Sue the owner is very welcoming. Room was ideal with extra heater as well as radiator which is great for the cold weather. Everything was spotless and the bathroom looked like it had just been installed, it was so... More

Stayed for one night to watch Thin Lizzy at O2 and meet an old friend the following day. Location was perfect, midway between O2 in town and Urban reef cafe on seafront, easy 5mins walk either direction. On arrival I found easy parking directly in front of hotel and was warmly greeted by Sue, the owner, on entry. I was... More

Old style small hotel in British seaside town. Close to shopping and the beach. Very pleasant owner who gives warm reception. Room comfortable, well appointed if older styling. Left too early for breakfast. Would revisit.
