“offers bit more than a standard guest house”

Sandpiper is a guest house licensed to sell alcohol and they have a small bar area open in the evening as well as wine to go with dinner etc. Our room though not one of the refurbished rooms was spotless, included fluffy white towels and toiletries; perhaps a little old fashioned but very well decorated, comfortable and overlooked the garden.... “another great stay”

Another great stay at the Sandpiper Torquay, Russell and Helen were great hosts The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was excellent with a large en-suite, Breakfast was excellent. We will be returning later in the year. Doug + Sheila

“Excellent Break”

Had a superb long weekend break in this splendid guest house. Our recently refurbished room was excellent and the breakfast could not be faulted. Russ & Helen made ourselves and our friends very welcome, we will be returning. Would not hesitate to recommend this guest house.

“Great value”

This is a great value for money guest house. Our room and bathroom was immaculate although slightly dated. There is a lovely guest lounge and bar. Breakfast was fresh and tasty although only served between 8.30-9.00am.....we did not feel overly welcome in the morning and were quite pleased to get going.
