This was our second visit to the Somerville and was just as enjoyable as the first. A different room this time but a very pleasant room to sleep in. Very well decorated. An excellent breakfast with a selection of extras. Very convenient for the centre of Torquay.

This has to be the best B&B i have stayed at. Excellence at every turn - and just a short walk down to the town centre for evening restaurants. At breakfast there was an extensive selection of "different" starters all beautifully displayed. The cooked choice was also inspiring and well presented. I will certainly be retruing on my next trip.

Attention to detail seems to be at the heart of The Somerville, making for a very comfortable break away. The little things meant a lot- being greeted with fresh fruit and cookies as well as an informative tour of the facilities. Everything you read on here is true, the only disappointment was that they could not accommodate us for another night as they were full. There are no negatives and soooo many positives, far too many to mention.
