We were greeted & made to feel very welcome from the first minute we arrived & throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so amenable & accommodating. They also helped us out & allowed us too extend our stay. The breakfast was lovely & the location perfect for exploring Torquay's seafront.

This has always been a really good place to stay and Roger, the new owner, is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast excellent. We would recommend this individual hotel to all.

Just spent 3 wonderful nights at the Haytor Hotel. All the reviews that we had read on Trip Advisor were spot on. The staff were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Had three great nights sleep in a standard double room, plus the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stop here again.

Having stopped in a few hotels in Torquay over the years the Haytor has been one of the best. With its stylish decor its a breath of fresh air. Staff are friendly and welcoming and we have had 2 of the best nights sleep in a long time. Would come back in a heart beat!
