We arrived at the cavendish torquay on the 10th june for a week. The staff are very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was nice, very clean and just right for the two of us. Please sort out the boiling hot shower, it's dangerous. No power one morning as apparently a guest had pulled a light socket off wall, so no morning cuppa or shower, i know not hotels fault. Stayed for two nights, paid extra for sea view room and breakfast. Choose it because of the reasonable cost, pools & on-site parking. View was worth the extra cost. Booking was great via web site, handle our party of 16 motor bikers with ease, Parked the bikes safe. The indoor pool was red hot, and clean. A last minute treat for the family I'll never hear the end of! Even our small daughter of seven thought it was a dump, pleading that we should stay somewhere nice!
