Unfortunately the B&B we normally stay at was fully booked, so after seeing the reviews on here decided to book this one. This is a very nice guest house near to the city centre and station. We were very well received and this friendliness endured throughout our stay. The guest house was spotless and well appointed. Breakfast great. A very good place to stay. More

Stayed at the Hotspur as recommended on Google, by the university and art college. My son had to attend an interview, so we travelled together, having pre-booked a twin room. Everything was brilliant and I have never seen such clean toilets/showers/bathrooms, the hygiene standards here surpass anything. Arrived without reservation and a room was found for me, very friendly, excellent value for money. Only issue was that there didnt seem to be any help in the kitchen so breakfast took an extremely long time - this is a minor point though and i would re3commend this B&B More

The service we recieved was good and friendly. Breakfast was well cooked and quickly served and advice about the city and location was given freely. We stayed for only one night but were welcomed warmly, given lots of help and advice about the town and enjoyed a very comfortable room and a most excellent braekfast. Cannot find fault with this guesthouse and will certainly both use it again and reccomend it to friends. More
