A beautiful house next to a quiet churchyard, with a pleasant garden to sit in and relax. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay a real pleasure. Friendly staff at check in and were given the keypad access number to the main door. Reception closes at 10pm so if you're a late check in make sure you have the code. Good value for money for b&b in centre of town. Staff friendly and attentive. Nice room with comfortable bed but a few touch ups needed I.e. paint work. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. Breakfast room was full when we went down but fortunately it was a warm sunny morning so we ate outside.

Very nice place to stay close to city centre, staff very helpful and couldn't do more to make our stay any more comfortable, parking outside for which you get a parking permit, would stay again if visiting Exeter

This place was a great place, it is very well located and the rooms are very nice. The tenants as well! The breakfast was great with homemade marmelades. We therefore highly recommend this place and are hoping to come again!

Clean rooms and good location (only a five minute walk from the city centre). Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure guests had a good stay (thank you for lending Monopoly for the rainy afternoon!). Would stay again if in Exeter.
