We stayed here for one night on a visit to St Mawes. It was a very nice B&B. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The shower was amazing and the luxury toiletries were really appeciated. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at Nearwater a number of times and have always enjoyed my stay. Tim and Amelia make me feel very welcome and Musto, the Dachshund is most charming. Breakfast is a highlight with homemade French toast being a diet-busting holiday treat. The granola is also delicious; check out the recipe on the website. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed for one night in August. It was a lovely b&b that felt more like a boutique hotel. As we arrived there had been a major traffic accident just up the road. Lovely twin room with top quality beds and linen. Bathroom and shower excellent best shower in b&b for a long time. Tim and Amelia were a delight and couldn't do more to help whatever we wanted. Breakfast also excellent. We stayed 2 nights and were well looked after. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Don't hesitate to book this one!
