Very clean & comfortable. Beautifully presented room with a lovely views across the fields. Not keen on the "no shoes" rule in the house, nor the pre-ordering of breakfast. Bit out on a limb, so transport needed to get to any eateries! Aforementioned house rules dampened an otherwise tranquil sojourn.

Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet away from St Ives itself, lovely breakfast served by Keith, who could not do enough for you. Roslyn however could come over as a bit frosty ! Almost to the point of being rude ! But I would stay there again

This was a perfect spot for a couple of days relaxation before walking part of the coastal footpath. An excellent breakfast made from local produce. Coombe Farmhouse is a beautiful and peacefull where to stay several days to enjoy Cornwall towns and country. The farmhouse is not far from St Ives and the breakfast in the morning is vey good.
