Stayed in May, no heating on and first room I was put in smelt damp. Had to pay for upgrade but room still freezing. Given tiny heater on complaining but this had little effect. Ladies on reception lovely.

The journey to Cornwall from Nottingham took an unbelievable 11 hours all together for which we were totally unprepared. The Hotel was very old and in need of refurbishment.
