Booked via booking.com so wasn't expecting much. Easy to find, parking was a plus. Friendly welcome, efficient check in process, and upgraded (was blown away considering what I was paying) was shown around by the receptionist and taken to the room. Very clean and well spaced out. Stayed for two nights a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. Menu and Food was superb. Room lovely with a great view of St. Michaels Mount. Staff were very friendly and anything you wish to know just ask Tony the Maitre D. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Stayed recently on a 2 night business trip and was nothing but impressed. The staff were fantastically friendly, especially Alex, who was training at reception and worked behind the bar, who was fantastically friendly and helpful, smiling her way through an interaction with a grumpy customer.
