wonderful hosts and a great room ,large and clean over looking the garden also quiet.amazing breakfasts with a specials board we tried the hubbly bubbly one morning it was delicious the full english ws mighty fine also.there is on site parking which is a bonus.would definatly recommend this hotel to friends and its great value for money.

Stayed over a Saturday night after taking my son back to Falmouth University, very comfortable, peaceful and clean room. Lovely sitting room which lead until a venadra over looking the garden which would ideal to sit out on a summer evening, very close to beach. Great Value for money with lovely breakfast would recommend without hesitation.

Faultless. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - great location. Very homely with wonderful hospitality. The twin room was spotless and spacious with sea and garden view and the breakfast was second to none - even managed a double-yoker! Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Falmouth. We booked this hotel last minute and were not dissapointed. We arrived after a long drive from manchester to a wonderful warm welcome, the room was spacious comfortable and clean. In the morning breakfast was delicious, the hotel is ideally situtaed to get into falmouth i cannot reccomend it highly enough we will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay last September so decided to go again. Jane and Phillip are good hosts and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in their newly refurbished room no. 4, which was really lovely, the breakfasts are great too.

This B&B is very close to the Town centre and also the beach. Its also just 5 mins walk from the station and about the same for Falmouth University, which was the reason for our visit.
