Speedy check in. Full explanation of all amenities. Lady on reception was lovely. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Good value for money. The breakfast was great lots of choice. Plenty of parking. Close to city centre.

Clean and tidy rooms. Courteous, friendly & approachable staff & always helpful. Ask for a fan if your room is too warm in summer months. Twirl of Hay is a really nice restaurant but I recommend booking at peak times. Food is always really nice. This is our regular Premier Inn so we stay here often, cannot fault it.

I stayed here for a wedding reception a and the hotel was very good. Rooms were large, beds comfortable and breakfast in the Brewer fayre next door were very reasonable. The staff were friendly and efficient and the whole experience was well worth the money.
