This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel in the past year and once again we weren't disappointed. Lovely room with a great view overlooking the wonderful gardens, we had a fantastic meal in Ciros and the staff and service was excellent, very friendly staff. A great place to treat yourself and partner.

Very good service, check in and help with additional beds and all minor details all dealt with professionally. Service at reception is excellent. If problems are encountered, however small the staff is very attentive and seemed to really care. We enjoyed the fantastic food service and surroundings of the Grosvenor Pulford at our daughters wedding. Lots of us stayed the night and everything was faultess. From the canapes on arrival to breakfast the next morning we all enjoyed the quality of food and service.
