Excellent location. There is only parking at the fairly near shoppers car park, do ask reception for discounted parking, which we only discovered after checking out. The rooms are nice, although ours only had a shower not a bath which is worth noting. The breakfast was good although slow service.

Warmly welcomed by the staff, lovely spacious rooms which was well furnished & appointed. Room service was polite and very prompt. The location is fantastic if you want to be in the middle of Chester I'm not sure many hotels are better situated. If you want a really nice hotel in the city centre then this is one of the best It is also Good value compared to the Very expensive/ very nice Grovesnor Hotel just round the corner. Either one will not disappoint

For exploring the city and the walls, this hotel is great. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking is out of the question, you have to leave your car in a shopping centre car park for the night at a cost of course. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection to choose from.

Stayed here for one night, we wanted a central hotel for our day at the races, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the race course. Central location your right in the middle for everything, fabulous service and staff bend over backwards for you, gorgeous rooms with some period charm, hotel has character but is not tired and outdated, cooked breakfast is to die for but they have a good spread of everything else, fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurts hams cheeses cereals etc etc

I have stayed here before at the same time last year and i booked an executive suite as there was only £40 difference, it was worth the extra.
