One of the Best Hotels I've ever stayed at, stayed in the Fabulous suite the Ormonde room. Which has beautiful views over Chester. Also had the tasting menu in the restaurant which was beautiful, some of the best food I've tasted with excellent service and staff! Would recommend this to everyone, great place to stay!

The hotel was clean and modern. Reception staff were friendly and helpful they even booked me a table in a restaurant in chester. Had drinks in the Ground floor bar! Again Staff were happy and friendly! They told me to take a seat and the drinks were brought to us! Busy too! Great atmosphere! Would defiantly return!

I stayed at this rather unusual hotel for one night on business. I say unusual because this hotel is entirely oriented to the horse racing crowd. The entrance is tacky with an outside smoking den and cheap chairs, obviously orientated to racing spectators at the race course next door, spoil arrival.
