Helpful and friendly staff. Easy location to get to town, you can easily walk over the bridge and through the park or catch a bus. Breakfast was very good, quickly cooked and good choice.Good places to eat for an evening meal close by.

Ample parking, friendly helpful staff. The b&b itself looks tired in places but our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. They had a couple of groups of students staying for a long term visit so it was a little noisy in the evening.
