I recently visited the Tree Hotel's restaurant for lunch and just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service and great food. The restaurant staff were so welcoming and warm and we had a lovely experience. I have not stayed in the accommodation, this review is purely based on the service and great food we received on our visit.... More

I booked the hotel as a treat for myself and a friend as we had an appointment in the area the next day and now wish I hadn't as it was a complete waste of money. I should have taken it as a sign when I called the restaurant earlier in the week to book a table as whoever I... More

My husband and I needed a hotel in High Wycombe and I found this little gem on the Internet. The restaurant was gorgeous - recently renovated with an exciting menu. As per the other reviews the rooms are a little tired but clean with lovely four poster bed in our room. Having recently stayed at a Holiday Inn and not... More

We discovered the Tree by accident when my husband popped in for a drink and liked the look of it! We now regularly take friends and family to the Sunday buffets (the most amazing selection of starters, traditional carvery fare and also curries, pasta dishes, rice, fish, and veg!) and have also gone for the weekly menu and are never... We meant to book the Tree Hotel in Iffley that we have used before and are happy with but mistakenly booked this one instead! As it turned out we will now be using this one instead because the rooms were of a good standard, everywhere was clean, staff were helpful in meeting our particular needs and the food in the restaurant... I booked this hotel at the very last minute for a business meeting, finding a surprising lack of quality accommodation in the High Wycombe area. I didn't have high hopes but the website looked great. We arrived to find a lovely little country inn which was very modern and newly refubished inside. We booked in quickly and without issue and... More

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The meal was excellent with a glass of bubbly included in the price. The bedrooms were a good size with large king sized beds. The decor in the bedrooms was a little dated but everywhere was very clean. The breakfast was very good... More

Lovely traditional English pub/inn. Cosy bar with good selection of beers and great dinner menu ranging from Indian, gastro pub and bar food classics. Room was a good size with a comfortable king size bed. Typical of English pub B&Bs, the rest of the furniture/carpets in the room were a little "tired". Bathroom was decent but also showing signs of... More
