Our children booked this hotel for my husband and I as a combined Birthday and Mother's Day present. We had a weekend package, Executive Room, Bed, Breakfast, Evening meal and two Spa treatments each. Hotel just a few minutes walk from buzzing City Centre. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was first rate. This hotel is definitely 4* with... More

I booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my girlfriend and we weren't disappointed. It is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and is easily accessible to temple meads station as well as the bars in the harbour. The room was big and had all the facilities you would expect and the bed... More

I stayed in this hotel in May 2012 as part of a hen party of 8 ladies. We shared 4 double rooms between us, and paid a very good rate of £90 per night B&B. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and the double bed was large enough for my friend and I to share without getting in each... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with a large coach party, which is not always the best way to judge a hotel. It is a big, busy hotel with several coach parties. This can make the hotel noisy, especially the restaurant. The bedrooms are fine, nearly everything you need, the shower was especially good. As with many hotels the... More

We booked this hotel as a 'getaway' after a particularly difficult month with work. The arrival was okay, with quick check in to our upgraded Executive Room at £100, which was according to the staff cheap! The room on the forth floor was smelly to be honest. It smelt of 'toilet' or damp smell, we couldn't work it out. It... More

Stayed there 12/13th May 2012. Very clean comfortable room. Staff went out of their way to assist. Reception staff were enthusiastic and well able to assist in sorting out places of interest in town centre. I would definitely stay there again. More

The outside of the hotel is not what you would call inspiring but the service was good, my room large and comfortable and it was a pleasant walk to the office in the morning. More

Wonderful place, location and accessibility both ideal. We stayed here following a Spa day in Bath, so it was all about checking in and having a bed for the night. The place is clean, the staff polite and friendly and the cost for a room for 2 was ideal. Thank you to all who made this a flawless visit More
