I stayed here about 2 years ago and at the time thought it was good enough. But I think it has improved further since that last visit Staff are much more dividers on you as an individual. Referring to me by name rather than a room number. Also I remember last time being unimpressed with the smell of stale beer... More

Excellent value for money when booking off-peak room rates. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms lovely and clean and well equipped. Good central location. Car parking very expensive, even with discount, £30 for two nights at NCP. Stayed over weekend, disruptive nights sleep due to nightclub in Queen Charlotte St. Breakfast was good value for money. Staff was very friendly, room tidy and warm ;-) the biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the car park which has to be paid separately and cost £16/24h. What seems to be weird as well is window. You are not allowed to open the window due to the safety reasons ( ??? ) otherwise OK Very close to Cabot Circus... More

Clean, tidy with well mannered staff. The hotel is located around the old diocks area, the pubs reflect this. A good variety of them and restaurants make this an ideal hotel for breaks. Well done. More

My husband and i stayed at this Premier Inn for 4 nights while visiting our daughter in Bristol. My husband is dependant on oxygen therapy 24 hours a day which is arranged and installed locally. From my first enquiry to the final day of our stay we received the most helpful and kindest staff ever. It was our experience that... More

Good clean hotel at a good price. Close to shops and waterfront bars in the centre of Bristol. Didn't eat in the restaurant as it didn't look all that good. I think it was a converted bar. More

Stayed here for 1 night, staff very friendly and room clean and large, I think my room had been adapted for someone with a disability which made the bath quite small because of all the additional hand rails. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful but the bar on the way to the breakfast foom; which is located in... More

The hotel is located in a good position between the shops and the river side a 5 minute walk to both. The hotel was clean and staff ok. But please be aware about the parking. Parking is in a NCP car park located along the road from the hotel and it is £20 for 24 hours this is discount by... More

The actual Premier Inn was the usual good standard that we have enjoyed previously... BUT...DON'T EAT THERE!! The Pub/Restaurant was dirty and smelly... dimly lit... and the breakfast experience left a lot to be desired!! The food was not readily available and the lack of staff was quite evident. At breakfast we did not get what we had ordered on... More
