“Great location”

This Premier Inn is located near the harbour and within easy walking to the city centre. Rooms are a little on the small size, great for a single traveller, not much good for a couple with a toddler. The restaurant is friendly and food is as you would expect.

“Great Staff - Noisy Room”

The Staff and the quality of the room décor is well above average for a Premier Inn. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and super efficient. “Always comfortable and great value”

I love the fact that you know what to expect whenever you stay at a Premier Inn. Good size room, comfy bed and choice of pillows, everything always spotlessly clean, great breakfast options and friendly staff. This Premier Inn was no exception. Just like the Lenny Henry advert!

“EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY!”

Excellent Friendly Hotel with great acces to City Centre and Train Station. Quality food and service. Beds were really comfortable slept like logs. IF EVER NEEDED TO VISIT BRISTOL AGAIN WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

“Comfortable but facilities not up to scratch”

Stayed at Premier Inn for 10 nights over a 3 week period and found the rooms comfortable although some were quite dark and TV had no BBC Channels and there was no decaffeinated tea or coffee available.

Highly recommend this hotel. Not cheap (+£20 per day car parking nearby) but location is superb. Can walk to anywhere and is near waterways. We had a night stop here for a function in town. We arrived by bus so can't comment on the parking etc. the room was not available so they changed it straight away to one which was. Everything was clean and tidy and we had a very restful sleep.
