“Hey it's a premier inn”

Stayed here whilst working in Barry and Mendip. I like the premier inn's as you know what you a getting, a comfy bed, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Good central location with free car parking. What could you ask for Checking was quick and friendly and breakfast was served by a friendly lady.

“OK for a night's stay”

This hotel is typical of most Premier Inn--clean, comfy bed and okay for one night stay. The room was a bit warm but there was a fan so it was okay. The only thing i didn't like with this particular PI was the creaky floorboard. It doesn't help that the people staying above us couldn't stop walking.

“An overpriced dorm at hotel prices - don't bother!”

The staff are friendly&pleasant! The room is basic but ok. The bathroom is very basic, really basic. The sofa in the room is stained and the overall feeling is it's not clean and quite tired looking. “Another great Premier Inn !”

I stayed here for one night as I had a meeting the next day in BAWA. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay. I've stayed in many Premier Inn's and can not do anything but recommend them. I would definetly stay here again if I have a meeting in the area.

“Needs a refurb!”

In the middle of a retail park. So lots of late night traffic to drive thru KFC. Early morning deliveries to retail stores. No lift and if you want an iron, lug it upstairs yourself. Being there for a business trip, I didn't expect much but the room was okay. Service was medium, one day a nice lady at the reception, the day after a very disappointed man, unpolite and not keen on giving advice. I guess it depends of the day.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and spacious, slight problem with our room being very warm but a fan was already supplied. Bristol Concorde next door was perfect for a bite to eat. No problems at all and we felt very welcome. Thank you very much Premier Inn, Filton.

Never been to a premier inn and due to advertisments on the tv and the low price I didnt think it would be anything special, especially after staying in a Travel Lodge before. I was pleasantly surprised! Room was exceptionally clean, modern & tidy. Beds very firm so back a bit stiff in the morning. Staff were helpful & courteous.... More

Extremely friendly staff. fab nights sleep, comfy beds etc as always in any premier inn. Clean. family friendly. lovely food and staff in the brewers fayre next door. slight downfall is sharing the carpark with local shops but cameras are present. Would stay again. Thank you x x
