Having stayed in a number of travelodges before I was more than aware that I would not be getting Hilton standards, but have no issue with that as I was after a cheap stay with a comfy bed and a clean basic room... Where to start: Although not the travelodge's fault it is horrendously situated between the roaring M5 and... More

Booked in here for an overnight stay to break up our journey down to Cornwall. Glad we're not staying any longer: Tired, drab, dirty and in need of a refurb. Nothing inviting about the place and even the reception area looks like an 80s motel reception Ok for a one night stopover, but be prepared! More

My daughter was booked to have eye laser surgery at Cribbs Causeway , so we booked a night at the Travelodge as she had to have a checkup the following day, When I booked the hotel I was offered cancellation insurance fpr £1.50, this seemed a good idea so I paid for the insurance. The day before the op we... More

We stayed at this Travelodge in Jan 2012 whilst visiting friends. We paid £29 for a family room, and I am a great believer in you got what you pay for...........However, this room was not even worth £29!! The receptionist could not bring herself to put down her mobile, and continued her personal conversation, whilst we were trying to check... More

Well, the last time I stayed in Bristol (on Busines) I stayed at a Premier Inn - I thought that was bad - but this was another level of awfulness. It was all very tawdry, tired and drab. The "receptionist" in her alluring track suit said she'd on;y been tehre 2 weeks, took ages to book me in to my... More

Stayed at this hotel in December 2011. Booked a room at this hotel to do some xmas shopping at Cribbs Causeway with my partner. Hotel was NOT easy to find, when we did manage to find it, there were no sign posts directing us in the direction of a carpark - found out after about half an hour that it... More

Stayed overnight while traveling down to Cornwall, ok for one night, but is in need of updating. Was asked to rate them when we checked out, which we did and hope that the feedback they are given helps their cause to get the upgrading that is needed. Very helpful staff More

Faulty Towers without the quality. Car Park was like a ploughed field. Reception Desk was falling off the wall. It took nearly 1 hour to FIND the hotel - finally found it behind a Harvester. My wife and I arrived at 1-55 PM but they would not let us into the room unless we paid another £10 on top of... More

I stayed in this Travelodge at the beginning of March 2012 for a weekend. I was attending a conference nearby and so several other colleagues also stayed in this hotel. I have stayed in Travelodges before and so knew what to expect. However, whilst I was willing to accept the basic accommodation that is typical of a Travelodge, I was... More
